Cancellation Policy

2. Payment & Retainer A non-refundable retainer fee of $50.00 is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance of $__________ is due on or before the day of the session. No session will be held without a paid retainer. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling If the Client cancels the session, the retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to Photographer availability. In the event of inclement weather or an emergency, the Photographer will work with the Client to reschedule the session. 4. Arrival & Late Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund. 5. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 2 weeks of the session date. Turnaround time may vary during busy seasons. 6. Image Selection & Editing The Photographer retains creative control over image selection and editing style. RAW or unedited images will not be provided. 7. Copyright & Usage Jennifer Rose Photography retains full copyright to all images.
